The tournament will use the rules as outlined in the video with a few minor modifications that will be announced on the day of the tournament.

- Knee pads (optional)
- Waterbottle
- Colour co-ordinated shirts (optional)
- Athletic clothing
- Money for lunch or snacks
- Friends and family to cheer you on!
